For engineers that typically only work on the commercial building side of electrical distribution systems, this is a good, well-rounded overview of the utility side.

Good Review of Maintenance and Operation of Power Distribution Systems.

Be prepared to spend several hours reading over the materials, maybe less if you’re VERY familiar with the material.

PDH was very responsive to answering any questions I had.
