This course primarily caters to Engineers, Construction Project Managers, Contractors, Quality Control Managers, and Public Officers and private firm owners who deal directly or indirectly with concrete.

Throughout this course, attendees are expected to learn basic fundamentals of concrete ingredients and their effect on the final product of concrete, fresh concrete and procedure to ensure quality concrete, hardened concrete, and main concrete defects; causes, repair, and protective measures. This course introduces basic principle of the chemistry behind the concrete production. This course provides the DOs and DON’Ts in concrete technology to ensure good quality concrete and to avoid concrete defects. Also this course touches on the latest concrete technology and anticipated research outcomes.
