This course developed by Don Parnell, PE provides step-by-step guidance on the design considerations for elevators, exterior-mounted and interior mechanical equipment, and utilities (e.g. electric, telephone, cable TV, water and wastewater systems).

At the successful conclusion of this course, you’ll be able to identify and discuss:
  • Proper installation of elevator equipment in coastal areas
  • Proper installation of Interior and exterior mechanical equipment in coastal areas
  • Proper installation of electrical, cable, and telephone equipment in coastal areas
