Dr. M. Al Nara, PhD, PE, CPESC

Dr. AlNasra has over 30 years of teaching, management, and technical experience in Civil Engineering in a variety of positions including: professor of civil engineering, construction project manager, site engineer and design engineer. He has a PhD degree in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University in Virginia. He is a registered professional engineer in the states of North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Dr. AlNasra is also a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sedimentation Control. He has over 100 publications in Civil Engineering, including books, journal papers, and conference papers.
